The people you surround yourself with directly impact who you are and how you think!
Have you ever heard the saying, “You are who you hang out with”?
Not only do your friends impact other’s perceptions of you, they also impact the way you see yourself and those around you.
Even if you are the strongest and most independent person around, you are always impressionable.
If you have pessimistic, negative, and self-seeking friends, you need to distance yourself from these people or get them out of your life all together!

2.) They Address Their Anxieties
Most of us suffer from at least some form of anxiety or depression.
